Human Resource (HR) Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs on portals, screening through resumes)
  • Lead the 1st round of interview with candidates
  • Lead recruitment drives in schools (presentations)
  • Draft employment contracts
  • Apply and/or renew employment passes when required
  • Assist in orientation, onboarding and off boarding
  • Set up of accounts and accesses for new joiners
  • Assist in updating and implementing existing HR Policies
  • Prepare yearly appraisal documents
  • Organize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, bonding and awards
  • Source for grants relating to HR (PCP, traineeships, etc)
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE/Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Good command in conversational and written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Vibrant personality
  • Singaporeans/PRs only
  • Salary range: $1,800 – $2,000
